The Alexandria Community Services Board (CSB) offers a range of mental health and substance use services to residents of the City of Alexandria. Services include individual, group, and family counseling, medication management, and emergency mental health services. The CSB operates on a sliding fee scale based on income and accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance.
